Most commercial automotive projects are highly confidential. I'll describe some of the work I've completed and provide representative photos of similar work when available.
As an overview, my experience consists of:
- CNC milling of full size clay vehicle concepts and master patterns for prototype tooling.
- Wind tunnel modeling
- Scale model creation and digitization (scanning) for full-scale development.
- Assisted the U.S. homologation of the Smart Fortwo vehicle.
- R&D for electric travel/holiday vehicle.
- Numerous aftermarket components, body kits, camping vehicle add-ons, and performance/dress kits for cars, trucks and motorcycles.
